Why isn’t the flavor available on the official Chameleon online store?

Ordering/Billing FAQs

Can I order my products by phone?

For the security of your personal information, all orders may only be submitted via our website.

The product I received was incorrect or damaged. 

Oh no! That’s not what we want! Please Contact Us so we can get to the bottom of it.

Can I return a product once I receive it?

Due to the short-run nature of the products in this online store, we do not accept exchanges. We do accept merchandise returns up to 14 days after a package has been received. If you wish to return your purchase, please Contact Us and we will send instructions for shipment back to us. Merchandise must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the original quality in which it was received, and at the customer's expense. Refunds will be submitted upon receipt of merchandise in new condition; please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

On the Checkout page, there will be a field prompting you to enter your promotion code. Enter the entire code into that text field. You will then see the discount reflected in your shopping cart. Shipping/Delivery FAQs

How long does it take to ship?

Please allow up to 2 business days after your order has been placed for it to be processed and shipped. During extreme circumstances, such as increased volume caused by the Black Friday/Cyber Monday/December holiday rush or protective health measures we may be forced to enact in our facilities, packages may take up to 5 days to be processed and shipped.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please make sure you provide us with a street address when ordering.
